Mash daal - 250 grams
Wash and saok in double quantity of water for about two hours. If daal is one glass, then take two glass of tap water.
Bullet green chillies (bari hari mirch) 8 cut into 3 pieces
Ginger 50 grams - thinly sliced
Salt - 1 tabalespoon or as you like
Boil the daal with chillies, ginger and salt till daal is tender and water evaporates (like rice)
Take oil in a fry pan with a big onion thinly sliced and put some zeera and fry the daal.
Daal is ready.
