Today I made some bhindi for myself (hubby doesn't like them). I ate it with turkish bread
Btw, it's fun eating in the garden
Tomorrow it's the first day of my diet. So boring food from now on! :-p

Jias and ayesha; I'll post the salad recipe's tomorrow.
Mehroo; thanks :-) This thread is a really helping me out aswell! Like I'm gonna make tahiri this week, for the first time. I love bhindi with lots of onions (but no meat).
Ruiner; I cheated with the chicken tikka's :-p I used Shan tandoori masala BBQ. One pack was meant for 2 kg of chicken legs. I used one pack for 3 kg of chicken breasts cuz I always find Shan to be too tez masala. They turned out lovely though, very soft and tasty
I had the leftover bhindi today. For hubs I made potatoes with beef, gravy and veggies.
