plain sponge cake with black coffee....the glaze didnt come out perfect but trust me the cake waz supperrr soft n yummyyy!!!

haha!
I have thin strips marinating in pepper & salt, and some essence from Emeril, will shallow fry, then pile up with red onions, romaine, mayo, tomatoes, etc... in between some nice bread.
