lab e shireen is a dessert with lots of fruits cream n vermicilli in it...
this iz how i make it...quite simple...
take 1 n half litres of milk...boil it with desired amount of sugar....now thicken this milk by adding 4 tbsp of corn flour dissolved in milk...with it thik just as the consistency of custard....turn off the heat...now let it cool....then add in 200 ml or 1 packet of fresh cream + both vermicilli (i used bake parlours coloured vermicilli) + any fresh fruits (mangoes grapes apples n bananas) now mix it...on top of it spread some jelly cut it cubes n garnish with pistachios...now refrigerate n serve it chilll!
