Kakrondays are small fruits (oval in shape). Half of the fruit is white coloured and half red. Its very sour (khatta). This is the time of the year we found them here in Karachi.

My mother used to make kakronday qeema, once at UC Irvine in USA I saw kakronday on some bushes.
I loved that kakranday qeema.

its actually KARONDA not kakronda...nd usually use for achar and murabba
