Worried

Mango halwa......

Cut mango into large chunks and leave aside. In a saucepan heat a little ghee and to it add some elaichi seeds and chopped badam/pista, sugar and add milk. Let the milk warm up and add mango's and simmer stirring frequently. When the mixture becomes thick and the mangoes are combined totally with the milk take off the heat and put in lagan to cool. Put in fridge, when ready to serve, cut into diamond shapes and enjoy.

Mango Lassi.....

In a liquidiser, put mangoes (chopped small), double cream, milk and yoghurt.
Put the liquidiser on and blend until very smooth

Refigerate this in a jug

When ready to serve, In a jug put some coarsely crushed ice and pour the mango lassi into this.

I tried mango smoothie day before yesterday and it was good
Vanilla yogurt (for base)
1 mango
5 strawberries
Sugar
Crashed ice

Blend it all together and you have one awesome mango berry smoothie
Drink it fresh it doesn't taste good the next day
