Recipe for Chicken white sauce..
Ingredients:
- Chicken - cut into small pieces
- Garlic paste
- Chopped onion
- Chopped Spring onion
- Chopped capsicum
- Green peas (canned)
- Salt, chinese salt, Black pepper
- Fresh cream
- Oil
Method:
Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in wok, add garlic paste and saute well. Now add chopped onions and cook until onions turn a light brown color, about 8-10 minutes. Add chicken cubes, Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly done. Add salt, Chinese salt, and Black pepper. Then add the chopped capsicum & spring onion. Cook for 5 min and add the green peas. Remove from the heat, let cool and add the fresh cream and leave to thicken for a few minutes stirring over a low heat.
Recipe for Green rice..
Ingredients:
- Oil
- Rice
- Green chilli
- Fresh coriander
- Butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Water
Method:
Grind coriander, Black pepper, and green chili to fine paste. Heat oil in a pan. Add the green paste and stir fry for 5 minutes. Next add the rice. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the water and salt, bring to a boil and turn the heat to low. Cover the pan. Cook about 10-12 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water has evaporated. Now add butter, chopped green chilli and fresh coriander. Turn off the heat and fluff the rice with a rice spoon.
2 pieces of chicken breast
Garlic powder quarter ts
Ginger powder quarter ts
Salt according to your taste
Shan curry powder 1 tbs
Yogurt 1tbs
Sour cream 1tbs
Marinade the chicken with all the above ingredients for 2/3 hours. Coat a grill pan with cooking oil and place chicken on pan and cook for five minutes from each side. You can cook it more if you want. My bro n dad doesn’t like overcooked chicken so I don’t cook it more than 10 min.
White sauce
I used lussi’s white sauce recipe.
Green rice
I know there is a proper recipe for the green rice. But I didn’t follow any recipe. Already had boiled rice in the fridge all I did was grind the cilantro and green pepper and fry them in the butter and oil and later add the rice and cooked for 5 min. tadaaa

I think agli bar pani pehly add keron ki masaleha bhon ker phir Chawal dalon gi
Khyr daikhny main khubsurat hain dahi ky sath or waqai mazy ky hain "Thai land" style ky hain na. Maza a giya
