So i am thinking of inviting our friends over for tea. I want to make some tea time stuff ie keems patties, samosas and some canapes.

Please give me some ideas what i can make - i dont want the normal fairy cake or biscuit tea time party but nice classy one - ya know wa im saying?

Would love to know sweet canapes reciepes too...

Chicken tikkas on little skewers. Boneless cubes of marinated chicken, then cook off in the oven, grill or griddle pan.

Make mexican fajita wraps, with chicken, avacado, mayo, jalapenos etc, roll into sausage shape and cut into small rounds, fixed with a cocktail stick.

Also u can make some nice pakistani style chicken corn or hot n sour soup and serve in small bowls.

Small lamb kebabs on small skewers.

Cubed fruit on skewers...

OLIVES!

Get a good mixture of olives, green and kalamata, take them out of the jar and mix with some balsamic vinegar, italian herbs, garlic and lemon juice, add feta cheese squares, and voila!

Also get some dips from the shop, like humous, taramasalata etc.
