I will tell you what my mom does...

for 50 ppl she makes 2 big trays of pulao with almost 7-8 cups rice in each tray. My mom use whole leg pieces cut into 3-4 pieces. I think she normally use 20-25 whole leg pieces (cut into 3-4) in one tray.

Are you making both qorma and karahi? I would say make 1 of them. Don't make it too dry or too runny.
For salan, she again use whole leg pieces, get them cut from your butcher in 3-4 pieces depending on the size of the leg. Again I think she normally gets somewhere like 25-30 whole legs cut in 3-4 pieces.

If you want two curry dishes, make a non meat salan with korma like mix vegetable or aloo bhujiya or bengan or chana salan or something like that.

For sweet dish you can use buckets of ice cream, cake, and fruit dish like cantaloupe (spell) or water melon.

Oh and also have pita or some naan like 20 cut in half.

Have salad + rita and you are good to go.

May Allah bring peace in Pakistan. Ameen

well i wud say other than these main dishes...start preparing kababs n freeze them...this will make ur things easier...u can make about 60 kababs...lets say shami or if u have too many non veg dishes u can ake croquettes aur alu k kabab...add sum mozarella cheez in it...n trust me this wud not only add up to ur dishes but also wud taste delicious...for meetha i guess u can kheer or firni its the easiest dessert to make...u just have to add everthing n cook it on low heat...no fuss of cheking it again n again or to assemble it...just make a large pot of it...n cool it in large thaalis or trays decorate it with chandi ki waraq n dry fruits...

oh so ur also preparing iftari for them...alryt so start making dahi baras n freez them in a sealed bag...that day u just havto prepare dahi mixture n add the freezed pakoras in dahi...make spring rolls n frezze them...or i wud say if its too much 4 u order iftari from a restaurent...for chaat u can use canned chikpeas...cuz boiling them iz a longer process...

for iftari, you can make chana chat, if dahi baray takes long...you can make boondi (you can get boondi packs in the desi store soak them in hot water after few mins drain the water add them to yougurt and you are done), mix fruit, potato cutlets, you can just bake them instead frying them, and khajoor. That is enough as people have to eat dinner after wards aswell.

Keep the iftari simple Khajoor and rooh afza and milk ka sharbat for iftari then after namaz serve dinner comprising of goat key biryani , Shami kabab, Aloo gosht or Qorma.
Do not serve too much for iftari people will stuff themselves with iftari and your food will not be appreciated.

I am a man with a plan. A plan to live a simple , fulfilling life.

Mirch bhai, shami kababs for 50 ppl is too much work, she would have to make atleast 100 shami kababs...many ppl take more then 1.

well thanks every buddy I really like mirch's idea abt Aaloo gosht....here wat I m thinkin ....
for iftari I would ve to make big one
khajorain
milk soda or watever
chana chat
dahi bray
fruit chat
samosas
nd
chicken patties

for khaana

chicken biryani
mutton karahi
chicken jelferezi

for meetha

that would be

ras malai
nd still choosing between kulfa and the one wid whip cream nd butter scotch pudding bananas nd frioed icecream sort of trifle

I think that would be enough

you have mutton karahi and chicken jalferezi, maybe make vegetable rice instead of chicken rice.

And for meetha I would say keep 1 meetha and left over fruit chaat from the iftari time. If you want 2 meethas, have something that you don't have to make but can get from store. You'll be doing lot of cooking for iftari and khana, I would say keep the meetha simple and if possible ready made...

ji baji , I am sarry, mujhe nai patah tha keh aap vilayat mein rehti hain. mein nay suna hai wahan vilayat mein soda salf karna buhut mushkil hota hai aur ration card lay kar line mein khara rehna parta hai anday double roti khareednay, zabeeha gosht aur zabeeha besan bhi mushkil say milta hai

saday pind vich tay fer koi gal hi nai hay na iftari karna. bhag kay bazaar say garma garam samosay lana, fruit walay say waheen tarbooz katwa kay lana, aur toh aur jo pichwaray mein mujh bandhi hui hai..bilkul justin time taza doodh lay kar uss mein rooh afza ki bottle undail detay hain.

aap kay paas vilayat mein itni barri gathering soch samajh kar hi karni hoti ho gi. hum pind residents ko toh bilkul kucch naheen patah hota wahan aaap logon ki vilayat ki mushkil zindagi.
