you can store spices in the freezer in tightly sealed containers.
Success starts with beginning...

Every heard of air tight containers? failing that you could tie them in a plastic bag.
keep vegetables in fridge for longer life. If you bought too many, eat them quick lol. Or make ajar/pickle. Or cook them and freeze them.
Vegetables should be eaten fresh really. Why u buy so many? where they half price?

Yes, what types of veg's u got? If loads of :
onions and tomatoes, make masala from is and store it in sterile jars. Or roast them in the oven with herbs and olice oild, then store in jars.
U can also roast carrots etc, but put lots of oil in them so that they dont come into contact with air.
Chillies / Ginger / Garlic - grind together and freeze in cubes.
Bhindi - cut and freeze
Lemons - cut and salt and jar.
Spices - put in air tight containers in a dark place, or make a paste by mixing them in oil and put in jar.

As mush as you keep them dry they will remain fresh for longer time.
wrap vegetable in papertowel then in bag and then refrigerate.
Do not take out spices with wet spoon, every spices, jar , should have it own dry spoon in it.
All above entries are also useful,I am agree with those.
