So have u got the rotissiere thing in your oven that turns the chicken around?

Anyhow, make sure the whole chicken has all the skin on, marinate the entire chicken inside and out with lemon juice, salt, soya sauce and whatever else u like, e.g. mashed garlic, chilli sauce etc.

Try to get alot of the marinade under the skin of the chicken too, finally squash some butter under the skin, then roast away.

hmmm, mein nai kissi kai ghar kayee thee...but woh muje recipe nahi dae rahe :P
woh white sauce aur celery stick kai saat serve hoee thee...whole chicken thee w/o skin in pieces..

Well... When we made it, we just seasoned the chicken with regular spices and injected some marinate in the chicken... the injecting marinate in the chicken is the key to that sofy, juicy and delish chicken.

Hmm, i wonder what that is. I've never heard of that. Thats rather mean of the person not to give u the recipe. Do u think she really ordered it from a restaurant and pretended to make it at home?
