Please help me out:

I'm planning on making Tandoori chicken(on skewers) for upcoming party. I want to know how I can keep them fresh? How much in advance should I make them so when the guests eat them they're still fresh tasting?

Any tips? suggestions?

Make them couple hours before guests are supposed to show up and put them in a crockpot, they weill stay warm and soft. If you leave them in the oven or microwave them, they can get hard from outside.

If you happen to keep them in oven, make sure you cover them with foil and the oven is just warm not too hot.

May Allah bring peace in Pakistan. Ameen
