I m looking for some good tasting low fat recipes...I'm trying to cut back after all that I had in Ramadan...but i'm having a hard time coming up with healthy desi recipes....

I m make things like Chicken Tikka but I m sick of the taste already and I do cut back on the oil content...but any ideas would help!

when you buy chicken or meat.. ask the butcher to take off all fat.. rest of it.. take out urself while washing it... measure carefully the amount of oil u add in to all of desi salans.. like no greasy layer should form on top...

mostly grill ur meats or stir fry veges in olive oil. Olive oil is actually good for you in small quantities and un cooked

Ramadan is the month to loose weight. But only if you aviod fried stuff like pakora, samosa, paratha or sweet stuff like pheni, fruit chat with sugar etc.

Anyway low fat desi foods are all the pulses, vegetables like luaka ka raita etc.
