granola bar - 2 crushed
or oat meal cereal w/ nuts - 1/4 cup
plain low fat yogurt - 2 cups
blueberries, rasberries & sliced fresh pineapple - 1 cup
brown sugar - 1 tsp
dessicated coconut - 1 tsp
whisk yogurt for plain texture. mix brown sugar and coconut in it.
in a deep clear plastic cup, place the yogurt mixture 1/3rd of its quantity.
add a layer of fruits, sprinkle with some oatmeal.
then add another layer of yogurt, followed by some more fruit.
again, top with the final layer of nutty oat meal. cover with a lid.
gently shake the cup.
chill.
eat as a dessert or a snack. : >
