I saw bit of orange peel on me...yeah thats right! i was shocked! So i thought im gonna go on "no carbs" diet - see how that works out...have never done diets!
Dushwari opened a thread on what you should have but that seemed too extreme. I have decided to eliminate bread, potatoes, pasta and rice from my diet for next couple of weeks - today is the 3rd day and i miss it but im doing alright so far...
Having cornflakes in the morning or porridge. Having last nights leftover for lunch with some lentils and salad - eg chops which i made in salan. Tonight im making some chicken tikka - hubby is gonna have it with veg rice and i will have it with salad.
Ofcourse, im having some fruit and i am not eating after 7.30.
How am i doing? Anything else? I weigh 8 and 1/2 stones...and am 5"4. Just need to tone up! Have a workout DVD which sure works like hell - started using it before Ramzan but havent since and now starting again on friday. Gonna do that twice a week...
Doing good or nah?
Now Scoot!

Sunset; I'm following a similar diet but I have also eliminated sugars/fats from my diet. So that means in addition to the carbs I also can't have meat, fruit, fat and sugar.
I am taking protein supplements though as I am not eating meat at the moment. After three weeks insh'allah I can slowly add back the meat and then a while after that some carbs.
It sure is a toughie but I have to do it cuz I want to lose quite a few kg's . When you take out carbs/fats and sugar from your diet you 'force' your body to go into ketosis --> fatburning mode.

Orange peels? Well if this is for toning up, or weight loss. I would strongly urge you not to go for a no carb diet. Once you do come back to carbs, your body will compensate. Instead, just eat less and work out more.
Also, cornflakes have carbs too, and so does milk. Fruits have carbs too, most of them (esp the ones that taste good).
Second star to the right and straight on till morning

well its not just carbs but what carbs, simple carbs vs complex carbs.
cornflakes, and pretty much most cereals are very high in simple carbs.
accordiong to men's health a simple way to figure out what to eat is to split your plate in 4 quarters. one quarter is lean protien, one is complex carbs and one is veggies.
enjoy

Cellulite can be removed by a regular routine of brushing your body in a circular motion towards your heart. E.g. brush your thighs with a dry semi hard bristle brush (like a back scrubber) upwards in a circular motion.

cellulite can't be cured by anything- you just have to maintain your body to minimize its appearance.
