Hmm, I don't think I have a favorite dish. Once I say that I have a favorite dish......I get tired of eating it......and have to move on to something else. I know, it's weird. Hard to explain.
But I like poultry dishes......especially chicken tikka masala and butter chicken, YUM!
I prefer roti more to chawal.....but I like biryani
And I like nihari and haleem. I like daal too because it's simple yet satisfying and allows you to get your protein and iron intake at the same time.
As far as sauces are concerned, I LOVE imli ki chutney the most, but also like the mint one as well.
For deserts: I'm not too crazy about mithai with the exception of gulab jamun. And I like ras malai
For appetizers, I LOVE gol guppay, they're super satisfying.

Biryani, shashlik, chappli kabab, roasted chicken, butter chicken, tandoori chicken... I LOVE CHICKEN!
