Pine nuts. Arab stores sell shelled kind as they put them in their rice dishes. In some big US cities with big desi population you might be able to buy them at desi stores. I have seen them being sold on eBay too.

I am a man with a plan. A plan to live a simple , fulfilling life.

Pine nuts.

Get them from an Arab store... you usually get them in bulk. They use them in salads... lightly toasted...totally yum.

Pine nuts in english or Pinole if you buy em from an italian grocery store. The best thing is buying them all shelled and clean here ...back in Pakistan I used to hate doing it myself .
