Goldfish crackers are nothing but cheddar cheese cut in the shape of goldfish and then backed until they become firm as crackers.

Strange. I have have not b4 heard of this thing. Parmesan crisps on the other hand...
BTW, do u make them yourself? I mean, can't u cut the cheese in slices and call them pretend goldfish crackers?
