The ultimate:
Da Bomb: you only need a micro dot in a big bowl of soup. If you smell it, you could get breathless for a while, red in the face.... and all that good stuff.
Dave's Insanity: comes with a disclaimer. It's not as bad as Da Bomb though.
These are my personal favorites. They stay way up on the kitchen cabinets, out of possible reach of children.

My favorite hot sauce is texas hot sauce, i use it in everything that is not desi. Anyway, I would say it is not the ultimate stuff. Ultimate would be chinese hot sauce (sambal oneik... the name is something like that) and a dot goes long way...

regular tobasco sauce. Tobasco mixed in ketchup......yum! Tobasco mixed in mayo....yum! Tobasco dashes in Daal.......Mmmm!
And I also like the variety of hot sauces at Tijuana Flats. And chinese sweet chilli hot sauces are yummy too
