I blend a banana with 1/2 a glass of chilled orange juice and 2 tablespoons of yoghurt. U may add strawberries to if if u want!
Some days are a complete waste of make-up!

I was reading online and it said freezing the bananas beforehand to use also helps get a great smooth texture

Hmm, I'm gonna try using some frozen fruit next time. I make my smoothies without the yogurt. In a blender I put in some Welch's Pineapple and Guave juice, half a banana, few pieces of orange, strawberries, and ice cubes. It makes for a light refreshing smoothie!

^ They need to b slightly soft when u buy them, so when u cut them, the flesh is mellow n creamy, not hard and rubbery. The smoothie itself was an acquired taste for me, but not bad at all when u get used to it. Also add a handful of sunflower seeds for extra nutritional value.
