Does anyone know of any desi tricks to get the clothes smelling nice in a washing machine?

Yes spray some cologne in the dryer before closing that lid and starting the dryer cycle. Be careful to separate the men and women clothes before you try this and use men and women cologne for their respective clothes.

Yep, fabric softener is probably the best thing to use, tho i use Prada Infusion d'Iris Linen Water in my iron, to make the clothes smell nice

I read somewhere that white vinegar is supposed to leave clothes quite nice smelling.
Are there any Desi tricks though?

^ Add a few mothballs to the wash, perhaps? Or light up an agarbatthi under them whilst they r hanging to dry.

just add fabric softener! no ilaachis or vinegar! lol btw, when you workout/sweat the fabric softener smells soo good!

Take shower more often so clothes dont smell bad to begin with

A good quality detergent in an unstuffed washer should do the job. Then use fabric softener sheets in the dryer.
