Mash, blend and freeze them. Thats a healthy alternative to ice cream and expiring problem will be solved.

Have you ever tried fried banana with a scoop of ice cream? It's usually served in Chinese and other southeast Asian restaurants. And oooooh, they are so yummy. Bananas naturally compliment ice cream, but FRIED BANANA is even YUMMIER. The recipe below is four 4 fried bananas. If you plan on using fewer bananas, then you'll have to adjust the recipe accordingly. So here is what you'll need.
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 pinch salt
4 medium banana (the firmer they are, the better)
peanut oil (for frying) (or use any kind of oil)
Combine the flour, sugar, egg, milk, and salt into a smooth paste and let it rest for an hour. Cut the bananas into slices that are about 4 inches long. Dip banana pieces in the batter and shallow fry in oil until golden brown all over. Drain them on paper towel. And serve them along side with a scoop or two of your favorite ice cream, drizzled with maple syrup or chocolate sauce (optional).

You can make banana smoothies. I usually make mine without yogurt. I take Welch's Pineapple and Guava juice and pour some in the blender and throw in some ice, strawberries, half a banana, and some orange pieces. And blend away for a healthy refreshing smoothie. Besides that you can make banana bread, banana muffins, fruit chaat, slice up bananas to place on top of trifle or custard, serve them sliced with pancakes/waffles, or make crepes and stuff them with nutella chocolate spread and bananas.
