BASIC PANCAKES RECIPE
--------------------------

All perpose flour 1cup
sugar 2 tbsp minimum
salt a pinch
egg 1
milk 1cup 250mg
oil /melted butter 2 tbsp
baking powder 2 tsp
cinnamon pwder 2 pinch
vanilla essence 3/4 drops
nutmeg ground 1/4 tsp

Method:

mix dry ingredients together ( flour ,sugar ,salt, baking pwd, cinnamon, nutmeg)
mix wet ingredients separately (egg , milk, vanilla, butter )
now mix both wet and dry , use hand whisk or electric.

grease a non stick flat pan. pour 1/4 of the mixture on to the medium heated pan. allow the braed to rise and when one side becomes light brown flip sides. ( u can make small sized pancakes too )

TIPS oil vs butter oil makes softer
increase the sugar to eat them without having maple syrup
for children`s food....add honey instead of sugar, add ghee or butter instead of oil , and also add finely ground cashews and almonds....
