Tuna kebabs are yummY! I usually put 1 can tuna per 2 medium potatoes boiled n mashed. I never tried coating in bread crumbs, just dip in egg. Gotta try that.

Also you can get filet pieces of tough meaty fish and add masala/marinate and grill for yummy kebabs as well. Salmon/Tuna works well for that. You can even simply add tandoori masala w/yogurt (like for chicken) and then grill fish pieces.

if you're short of time, you can just used the packaged mashed potatoes instead of boiling potatoes (for the fish kebabs). my sis takes canned salmon and makes salmon shami kebabs. they taste great too.

I use tinned tuna, add chopped onions, crushed cream crackers (for binding), mustard, fresh coriander, mashed potato, chilli powder and fresh chilies, lemon juice, cumin powder. Mix, shape into cutlets dip in egg then fry.
I've also tuna seekh kebabs, by just following a standard seekh kebab recipie. It works really well.

^ never thought of doing that...sounds interesting! do you just use tuna in the seekh kebab recipe besides the spices?

yep tinned tuna, but last time I did a tinned tuna and tinned salmon mix, i didn't put them on a skewer though as they won't hold, so shaped them by hand
