I am looking for a really good recipe of bread recipe. I have tried to bake a few times lately but it turned out very dry and didnt taste so good.

Please share your bread recipes.

Yeah, my bread experiments don't turn out nice either. HOWEVER, when I use readymixes, they turn out well, thats cheating I know.

I'd be interested in seeing some real life tried and tested recipes too, please.

I have the same problem. But I dont want to bake the readymixes. I prefer the real stuff but its difficult when it turns out dry and not very soft.

if you want to bake a moist and soft bread add some milk to your batter or dough
