eww maiida is stomach smili
I know liver doesn't sound too appetizing....but it is actually good for you as it has iron. ANyway I am just sooo tired of eating same old chicken legs, chicken breast all the time....and need something different to try......I would not recommend kidney heart and other stuff eww. some people eat that
Only Kaliji is clean and soft and get cooked very fast. YOu just mix it up with red and green Bell peppers, lots of mirchi garlic and pan fry for 20 mins and it comes out very nicely.
Also goat or cow livers are hard to cook, don't like those.
