I hope everyone knows what kava is...we all drink it right?

SO when people say drink green tea doe skin weight loss etc is kava the same thing? THOSE green leave and 2 aliachi is all i put in, but i need some sweetner so i use artifical sweetner..

First of all, Ita Qahwa, not kaava... no green tea is totally diffrent..

Qahwa Or Green tea.

Boil cup of water with 2 crushed cardamum, put pinch of regular tea/green tea leaves, simmer it about 5min, put suger/honey as ur taste....and drink it. ( If you like, you can put some drops of lemon too)

same leafs r used for making qahwa or simple green tea ..........in china people used to drink qahwa which is water boiled with few dried leaves of green tea v good for weight loss and cancer prevention but use without sweetner but in pakistan we use same leaves but we put cardamom and cinnamon in boiled water just to make it according to our taste.

qahwa is simply any brewed tea, minus sugar, minus milk.
can be black tea, green tea, jasmine tea, whatever name tea.
