Lots of summary fruit (also BBQ fruit on skewers) like Niki listed with a honey and greek yogurt dip
Samosa Chaat
pasta/rice/potato salads....fattoush, russian salad, coleslaw
grilled/BBQ meats like chicken, lamp chops, gyro meat, beef/tuna steaks etc
variety of dips (salsa, baba ganoush, hummous etc)
fried chicken escalopes
garlic bread on ciabatta
stuffed filo pastries with spicy chicken stuffing/goats cheese and spinach/roast veggies
Cold cut meats
caramel cream sandwich cookies
fudgy choc brownies
the list is endless.... so get creating and send me some via DHL

And by the way, along with cheeseboard and crackers (IF YOU DON'T MIND FREEDOM OF SPEECH!!!) you could have a selection of marinated olives, sunblush tomatoes, cold giant butter beans in tomato sauce, pitta bread pieces and hummous, melon platter, salmon mousse, caviar, champagne, oh sorry, I mean elderflower and white grape sparkling cordial.

I love chocolate strawberries.... they are a tasty snack and are VERY easy to make. I found a little white chocolate container at bloom. It has little pieces of chocolate inside and you stick it in the microwave, and than dip the strawberries in it. SO EASY!!!!!! You just have to make sure you dont microwave it for too long or it burns...

And yes, there is nothing wrong with a cheeseboard, so long as it's good quality and not cheap chedder or that spray can cheese whizz stuff that the yanks like
