And by the way, along with cheeseboard and crackers (IF YOU DON'T MIND FREEDOM OF SPEECH!!!) you could have a selection of marinated olives, sunblush tomatoes, cold giant butter beans in tomato sauce, pitta bread pieces and hummous, melon platter, salmon mousse, caviar, champagne, oh sorry, I mean elderflower and white grape sparkling cordial.

I love chocolate strawberries.... they are a tasty snack and are VERY easy to make. I found a little white chocolate container at bloom. It has little pieces of chocolate inside and you stick it in the microwave, and than dip the strawberries in it. SO EASY!!!!!! You just have to make sure you dont microwave it for too long or it burns...

Stressed

fruit salad/lemonade

potato salad
creamy pasta salads
deviled-eggs
aaloo chaat
sandwiches
bread/crackers with some type of spread (hummus, cheese, tapenade)
chicken wings

Here is a pic of strawberries stuffed with whipped cream. You make slits in the strawberries and fill the opening with cream. It makes for a pretty presentation and healthy snack:
