need some good mutton chops recipe. not fried. no salan. dry masala ones.

You can do a search for lamb chops, you can probably use the same recipes for mutton chops.

CHANP KHARA MASALA
INGREDIENTS:-
Chops 12-14
Red crushed chillies 1 tsp
Red chillies powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
White cumin powder 2 tsp
Salt
Tenderizer/Papaya paste (optional)
Onion 2-3 (chopped)
Garlic 3-4 cloves(chopped)
Ginger 1 tbsp (crushed)
Ghee/oil
Black peppercorn 4-5
Green cardamom 2-3 (crushed)
Whole red chillies 3-4
Cinnamon 1
Cloves 2-3
Red chillies powder 1/2 tsp
Tomatoes 2-3 (chopped)
Green chillies
Ginger (julien)
Coriander leaves
Mint
DIRECTIONS:-
Mix red crushed chillies,red chillies powder,garam masala,cumin powder,salt and tenderizr in chops and put it in the refrigerator for over night(9-10 hrz).
Take oil in a pan and fry chops for 10-12 minutes.Add 1/4 cup of water and put it in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chops are cooked.
Saute onion in oil,add ginger,garlic,black peppercorn,cloves,Whole red chillies,cinnamon,green cardamom,red chillies powder,tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes then add baked chops(with juices),ginger,coriander leaves,mint,green chillies and stir well.
Note:tomatoes ko chunky hona chahiye.
