Tim Hortons has done a great job with their revamped website. I like the level of transparency they have shown with regards to their food with matters such as nutritional content, ingredients in their products etc.
There is a handy dandy nutrition calculator which can tell you exactly what youre having and what its worth in calories.
They have also provided very clear charts showing what products of theirs are vegetarian friendly and what not.

When I die, I want to go peacefully like my grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.

That's great news for me! How come Canada has no 'suitable for vegetarian' symbol on any of their products? I can't be bothered with reading the ingredients all the time specially when I don't know what they really are.
