So I get up at least 2 times in the middle of the night absolutely starved. One time is around 1am and the other around 4am. Any ideas for a snack that doesn't require too much preparation? I know I could drink a glass of milk or have some fruit, but I need something more interesting....

I find things that are dry make me thirsty all night.....especially crackers and cheese. That's why I also avoid eating nuts and whole grains after 5pm......it's so difficult.....I don't know what the heck is wrong with me!

The BEST thing to eat when you wake up in the middle of the night feeling hungry is....
A CHICKEN BURGER.
Keep some in your freezer and have it in a bread roll with mayo and iceberg lettuce. Mmmmm.

Midnight snacks.... keep cold cut meats in your fridge... you can rustle up a quick sandwich/wrap out of those...
Peanut butter/nutella straight out of the jar... though nutella is now banned in our house
Nachos and dip... we always have a variety of home-made dips in our fridge... i like dipping veggies into them also... so i feel like i'm being healthy
