I just have to share my love of samosa chaat.
And chaat in general.
I went to a lovely restaurant yesterday which had pakistani street food and i had paani puri and chaat and it was LOVELY!
Does anyone know how to make samosa chaat?

Chaat House makes YUMMY chaat of various types. There's samosa chaat, paapri chaat, , dhai bara chaat, mixed, chaat, YUM.
Samosa chaat/paapri chaat are the best in my opinion.
Here are a few recipe links I found for samosa chaat.

Mmmm, this is making me hungry, I haven't had any lunch. Perhaps I will make some chaat now.
One must make a mark in this world, if I am remembered for anything, let it be cheese and crackers...

Samosay chaat has some variations. It's like a baked potato. You can get a fully loaded version too
1. simple version is two samosay with just garam chanay on top (you can add tomatoes, green chillies, and cooriander on top)
2. fully loaded version had chanay, yogurt chutney, tomatoes, chillies, sev, coorinader, drops of green chuntey, and imli in layers.
Make sure you eat on steel plate to get the maximum yumminess factor.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
