Chicken stock (like Maggi stock cube) , boil up some finely chopped boneless chicken pieces in it. When chicken is done, add some of those super quick koka / roka / supernoodle things that cook in like 2 mins.

Then about 1 minute b4 the noodles are ready, add chopped red peppers, green chillies, finely chopped carrots, green cabbage shredded, finely chopped onion or spring onion, sweetcorn, green coriander (cilantro).

Also add some soya sauce, teaspoon or so of vinegar, chilli sauce.

It should b super tasty and the whole pot will finish and the diners will be fighting over the last teaspoon, thats how good it is.
