any suggestions on what i can do with leftover buttermilk? i bought a carton to use as marinate for chicken steaks..which came out great btw... but more than half is still left, any suggestions, thanks

You can use it to knead dough for roti ka atta or to make puris.
You can add it to dahi to make lassi.
Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open...

I've only ever used buttermilk for fried chicken.... you could use it in pancake recipes i guess??
