BBQ season is here!

Please share your favourite tried-and-tested delicious BBQ recipes, for everything and anything..burgers, kabaabs, chicken, steak, fish, shrimp...I really want to find some great new recipes to try this year!!

to be honest we hardly experiment at the grill. We're all such freaks for desi style bbq, so just stick with shaan masala! Like shaan's chicken tikka masala on chicken, and the bbq masala on mince and make kababs out of it. We don't even bother with making it in the seekh kinda shape, just normal round kababs. Tikka boti masala on beef boti and on wooden skewers. Rest obv you can dress up the skewers with onions, peppers.. etc
On the side this is what we grill: garlic bread, peppers, corn and sometimes those chicken sausages too. That's about it. Tons of various chutneys and salads to go with it. Plus naan...

And yeah, where's everyone else? I wanna knwo other tried/tested bbq recipes too..
