chef zakir's recipe
Chicken Jalfrezi
chicken 2 breast pieces(cut into thick julian)
onion 1(medium nd thick sliced)
capsicum 1(thick julian)
tomato 1(seeds nikal kar thick julian)
ginger 2tbsp(thin julian)
ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
tomato puree 1cup
red pepper 1tbsp
garam masala 1/2tsp
salt as required
oil 3tbsp
coriander for garnish
pan main oil lain aur ginger garlic paste daal dain.aur phir thori dair baad chicken daal kar us ka paani jalain aur itna pakain k chicken ka color chng hojaye.now add vegetables in it(except tomato) and mix well.now add tomato puree and cook for a while.add all the spices aur thori dair aur pakain.ab olive oil or cooking oil oopar se halka sa drizzle karain aur mix karain.end main tomato aur corinader daal kar mix karain aur dish out karain.

Food afternoon with farah
CHICKEN JALFAREZI
Ingredients:
Chicken =1/2kg boneless cubical
onions=cut in cubes 2
green chillies=cut in strips 8
ginger garlic paste=2tsp.
coriander powder=1and1/2 tsp.
salt=1tsp
haldee=1/2tsp
garam masala=1tsp
red chilli powder=1 tsp
tomato puree=1cup
chopped ginger=as required
green coriander for garnishing
Method
Take a pan pour 3 tbsp. oil in it add onions and saute ,take it out from the pan and add chicken cubes in it and stir fry it till golden colour.Add garlic ginger paste, salt,haldee,dhania,red chillies and mix it well {bhoon lain) Add tomato puree,mix it add some water and let it cook for a while.Add chopped ginger,fried onions and green chillies. Dish out and garnish it with green coriander.

CHICKEN JALFRAZI.
ING:
Chicken boneless / 1/2 kg,long strips.
Salt / 1 tsp.
Ginger/garlic paste / 1-1/2 tsp.
Mustard paste/powder / 1-1/2 tbsp.
Kutti kali mirch / 1/2 tsp.
Lal pissi mirch / 1 tsp.
Vinegar / 1 tbsp.
Soya sauce / 1 tbsp.
Worcester sauce / 1 tbsp.
Chicken main above ingredients laaga ker mix karein aur marinate ker dein.
about 1/2 hr.
Onion / 1 big,sliced.
Tomatoes / 2 med,remove flesh n cut in strips.
Capsicums(green/yellow) / 1/2 each,cut in strips.
Hari mirchein / 2-3 no,remove seeds n cut in strips.
Oil / 1/2 cup.
Tomato puree / 2 tbsp.
Vinegar / 1 tbsp.
Worcester sauce / 1 tbsp.
Ketchup / 1/2 cup.
Kali mirch / 1/2 tsp.
Sugar / 1 tsp.
Pissa garam masala / 1/2 tsp, 1/2 tsp.
METHOD:
-Pan main oil dal ker sliced onion main se thori add karein.
-Fry karein aur tomato puree,vinegar dal ker milaein.
-Worcester sauce,ketchup,kali mirch,sugar add karein aur mix karein.
-Chicken add karein aur mix karein,cover ker ke cook karein.
-8-10 min tak cook karein,phir 1/2 tsp pissa garam masala add ker ke mix karein.
-Mazeed 5 min tak cook karein.
-Onion,capsicum,tomatoes aur hari mirch add karein aur mix karein.
-2-3 mins tak cook karein,ready hai.
-Platter main plain rice mould ki shape main rakhein aur sides pe chicken
jelfrazi rakhein ooper pissa garam masala sprinkle ker dein aur serve karein.

Chef Rahat
Chicken Jalfrezi
Chicken 750 gm
yogurt 1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
garam masala powder 1 tsp
crushed black pepper(kut'ti kaali mirch)1-1/2 tsp
mix all the above ingredients with the chicken and put in fridge for at least 4 hours.
Tomato puree 1 cup
onion puree 1/2 cup(boil the onion for a few mins and blend it)
1 to "sava" tsp crushed red chillies(kut'ti laal mirch)
zeera 1 tsp
kasoori methi 1 tsp
salt
sliced ginger
egg plant(baingan) 1. cut it in rectangular shape
tomatoes 1-2(deseeded and juliened)
spring onion a bit
capsicum 1-2 juliened
fresh red chillies 2 (you can also use green chillies)
in a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add edd plant and saute' add capsicum,tomatoes saute' for a few mins and take em out.
heat 6 tbsp oil add the marinated chicken and cook.add ginger garlic paste,cook,add onion puree and cook,then add tomato puree,some water and cook,add crushed red chillies,zeera,cover the pan and cook for a while,add salt then kasoori methi,add the saute'd vegetables,spring onion(sliced),add fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chillies/fresh red chillies,mix it add some water cover it for a few seconds and garnish with lemon slices.serve with sweet corn rice.
For the sweet corn rice:
500 gm rice (boil them)
in a pan take the boiled rice add a bit of oil some sweet corn,capsicum(chopped),spring onion and mix.Garnish with red chillies.

Thanks so much Mano!!!!!!!!!! Is there any of the bunch you posted that you especially recommend? Otherwise I think I will first start with Chef Zakir as I already have all those ingredients!
