Pani Hasb e zarurat

Corn Flour....................................aik khanay ka chamch

Oil fry k liye

Bint E Adam, besan ko kitna patla rakha ap ne....regular pakorey ke batter sa zara ziada patla? pictures mein lag ra hai chips per bohat hi kam bareek si layer hai batter ki, is it how its supposed to be?

I just made ur kutlas because i really wanted to eat them after seeing ur recipe. they turned out quite nice! i waited for my sis to come home from school and we made them together. i used all besan because we had no cornflour. after i took them out of the oil i sprinkled some extra chaat masala powder over them.

ab is main murghi fry hone rakh dein aur darmiyani aanch per fry kerien aur steam main pakayein pani bilkul nahi dalna

Ab is main hari mirchein daal ker fry kerein




then is main lehsan paste dal ker fry kerein






ab is main adrak paste bhi dal dijiye aur sath he lemon juice







aur fry kerien and mix k achy tarah se is ka taste murghi main rach bas jaye




phir pyaaz dal ker darmiyania anch per fry kerein





^ is stage epr amiyani aanch ekr k karahi ka dhakan laga dein




AAnch itni ho bas

pani bilkul nahid lana ap ne

aur haan uper wali tareeke main 5 se 6 min fry ekrna hay aur pyaz daal ekr dhakan 15 min tak lagana hay pyaz galne tak

ab pak jaye sba to is main tumam masalajaat dal dein




ab mix ker k is main cream dal dein
