TLK babu, remind me never to come to your house if you're cooking... i'll prolly get jelly babies wrapped in lettuce or something strange, as a homage to your 'culinary art'..
So do you guys on here use plain flour, or wholewheat? i've never used plain flour before tbh... do they taste much different?

instead of ghonto the haleem, you can use the food processor, add food color to your tandoori mix to give chicken that red tandoori look, serve expensive drinks in concave bottom glasses so too little looks good enough.

and viola super glue is ready! it ruins the consistency of haleem

Mixing the two (whole and plain) is best ... 2/3 whole and 1/3 plain.
The dough gets easy to handle and it's more on the healthy side (2/3 whole).

what is annoying, is that when im making roti, the atta sticks to the bottom, and it stick to the bhelna, and then it goes all soggy and soft so i have to roll it again, however if my mum mananges to save me, shel turn that soggy soft piece of lump into a perfect round roti withhin secs....itl take me half an hour just to get back into shape...how do our mothers do it........
