I was just about to say that I like lime instead of lemon but my fellow sophisticate beat me to it.....
and yes, still water most times.
spring or mineral rather than iceberg, distilled or demineralized
...with a pH of 7.5 or higher.

Noor is hooked on home-made pizza.
Brother takes one of those "chappal shaped prebaked naans" (lol) and makes her a margeurita style pizza......she loves it. Easy, fast and gone in sixty seconds.....

I dont buy the prebake shell, we have made our own crust, used the pillsbury ones, made them on naan etc.
every so often when we have pals over for dinner we would do a pizza bar, ppl make their own pizzas and we bake em.

I like Pizza with qeema , seikh kabab or chicken tikka as one of the toppings. That is why I make it at home. Not from scratch but I buy those pre assembled - ready to bake and rise ones and add one of those topings to make it heavenly pizza.
I am a man with a plan. A plan to live a simple , fulfilling life.

hmm i think i have had hand tossed as well....usually even the local pizzeria, they never roll it with a rolling pin...they spin it on their fists...etc......
dont care as long as crust is thin & crispy...esp if it is made in a wood grill....almost like a tandoor thing...im having a brain fart n forgot what that is called.....

If you like any specific crust of a resturant or pizzeria - you can ask to buy their dough - they sell it for dirt cheap and you can add your fav toppings at home.

it had a pizza that to this day is one of my favs
goatcheese, yogurt, scallions and lamb
it rocked..you reminded me of it maybe i will try making it at home.
but the yogurt on those is the thicker greek variety yogurt like the one used in tzatziki not the typical danon ones in grocery stores
