but the yogurt on those is the thicker greek variety yogurt like the one used in tzatziki not the typical danon ones in grocery stores

yes you are right X2 - it's the yogurt that you find in mediteranean food markets - I guess a combination of cheese and that yogurt that gives it a distinct flavor.

we have this amazing halal place right by our house that has the yummiest chicken barbecue pizza.
however, the BEST pizza i have had was in downtown philly at this place called soho. the people at our hotel recommended it saying it's the best one around and honestly, it was awesome! the toppings were exotic.

*Spinach and ricotta cheese. A little bit of sauce and a thin base. Sometimes with the addition of mushrooms.
*Tandoori chicken, green peppers and sweetcorn pizza.
I love home made baked pizza.

thin crust hand tossed is good too but as long as its thin im cool with it. my fav is margaretta but as long as it has few toppings and doesnt confuse my tastebuds i dont complain and i jst cant stand too many toppings and *******ized or shall i say butchered versions.

DITTO!!!!!!!! I love Chicago Style pizza. The only one we have here is Uno's.
Other than that, I like my pizza to have extra tomato sauce and go easy on the cheese. I like Chicago Style Pizza because it's extra saucy, lol!
For toppings i like tomatoes (marghertita pizza), mushrooms, green bell peppers.
I've tried pineapple as a topping as well and it's not bad

I have never yet encountered a hand tossed thin crust pizza that wasn't soggy in the middle, so not really fond of those. They taste like tandoori roti anyway.
Once I ordered a veggie pizza in Geneva, hand made in a brick oven. When it came out, it had broccoli, POTATOES, and carrots on it - that was strange but not so bad.
My favourite topping on homemade is lamb tikka, mixed peppers, olives, red onion with a mozzarella and cream cheese and garlic topping.
BTW - cream cheese mixed with garlic n herbs and squeeze of lemon makes pizza extra tasty - try it (with mozzarella or cheddar type grated on top).
One must make a mark in this world, if I am remembered for anything, let it be cheese and crackers...
