This is what she says:
"I made my signature dark chocolate cupcakes, and while they were cooking made the biscuit layer.
I ground 1 packet of McVitties then stirred in 90g of melted unsalted butter. The mix was pressed firmly into the holes of a shallow 'fairy cake' pan and refrigerated until set.
When the cupcakes were cooked a marshmallow was placed atop each one and returned to the oven for about 3 minutes or until the marshies melted.
The trays were removed from the oven, then carefully, I placed one of the little biscuit domes on top of each melted marshmallow and allowed the cupcakes to cool completely.
Once cooled, the whole cupcake was smothered in a layer of milk chocolate buttercream and rolled in chocolate shavings.
Very sweet and very, very indulgent!"
