So im having guests over 4th of july along with my sisters family and inlaws-

Everyyear we do fireworks and wat not and have a huge celebration- not cuz of Americas independance lol but only bc we love fireworks and thats the only day its legal. So my brother goes all out buys boxes and boxes of fireworks-

So im doing the cooking- and i need ideaas-

there will b

barbecued chicken tikka and steak-
beef biryani
keema salan
aloo gobi
naan
chaney ka salan- halwa and puri's (its tradition)

as for dessert idk- ive been craving shahi tukrey and been looking for recipe- if any one can post - thatd b great!!!

and if any more suggestions that would b good too
