Good plan, batman!
Freeze the pastry b4 sticking it the suitcase. U can take good strong cheddars too, frozen.... And take some crackers, just in case...
One must make a mark in this world, if I am remembered for anything, let it be cheese and crackers...

Don't know how easy it would be to get mozarella there (unless taken frozen!) but there is a white fresh cheese that is available by street vendors in peshawar, Nadz, u could use that.
Or you could make cheesecake from it...

how about just making pizza from scratch, its pretty easy. there is a thread on pizza crusts. when i went to paki last year for 3 weeks, i took quesadilla wraps, n can of jalapeno peppers...it was fine....i made quesadillas...as i absolutely love them, and they were a total hit with chicken & veggies.....many stores there carry cheese now of certain varieties.

FYI: its spelled avocados.
and from my experience, my relatives from pakistan didn't like them; they were too "bland" for their liking and the texture was too buttery.
i think mexican food should be a hit and its pretty similar to desi stuff and easy to make for the most part. whenever my MIL visits us from pakistan, she always wants to eat "burritas" and "churras" (burritos and churros).
