My mom makes ghee at home the old way!  and no we dont get everything frozen. we have better desi options than uk

Who needs more desi options than we have? Our desi options are more than sufficient for out needs. If they increased any more than I would have had to add NoorPur Butter to the lost, and then we really would be a lost cause.

and then you take the makkhan, and melt it over a low flame until you get ghee..
