We have some ready-made kebabs in the freezer, that have waaaaayyyy to much chilli in them. They're already cooked, and usually just need heating up in the microwave.
We've tried smothering them in yogurt and eating them, but they're still a little too spicy. Is there anything else I can do with them? I was thinking perhaps make them into a curry, or cook them in a tomato sauce? Any other suggestions?

lol give em to the neighbours
well what you could do is cook chalwal and when you put the damm on near the end to dry up any water left in the chawal, chuck the keebabs in then. whne the chawal are ready, hopefully the chilli will mix in with the chawal cos of the steam, and make sure to put a lil less chilli in the chalwal lol this time.
and eat chawal-keebab and if they still feel chilli then put dahi and eat away and make sure you send me some

You could try slitting them down the middle and adding some lemon to them? That should usually cut the sharp chilli taste
Or yes, you could turn it into a salan - make sure it's one with potatoes and onions in as these should usually pick up some of the chilli
Try a yoghurt or sweet based on - so for example a kebab kalya (wih yoghurt and cream) or a chinese sweet and sour recipe where you use a honey/sweet chilli recipe?

just make a salad and cut kabob in very samll squares like chopp em .and put in salada with ranch dressing i prefer and stuff this mix in each half of pita bread..................
they should be so good ........... i always do this with my left over kabob ..........and for salad ( use onion tomatoe lettuce or cabage ..cucumber .....and what ever u want if u want to add some fruit like strawberries and apples cut in same size (small size ) would give a sweet flavour and with fruit use italian dressing instead of ranch).
have fun with your kabob

how about eating them with loads of Ketchup or sour and sweet chutney
or you can crush them in the blender and make some Pasta dish

Great ideas, thanks. In the end I opted for a yogurt based salan, looking forward to eating it tonight.

Defrost them, mash them up with hands, add some keema to them, make some new kebab patties, fry and enjoy!
Or in a pan, fry sliced onions until a bit brown in colour, add chopped tomatoes, add garlic paste, ginger paste, add corriander powder, tumeric powder and a pinch of salt. Don't add any green chillies or red chilli powder to this mixture. Cook mixture for a few mins until oil comes on top. Add the chilly kebabs and put on low heat with lid for few mins until kebabs are cooked. Enjoy with naan.
