I am in the midst of creating a family tree collage on our wall in the hallway. I have already gathered all the pictures needed starting from my great grand parents and ending with my nieces and nephews.

I want to put each picture in individual picture frames...all frames will have similar colors/metals but different styles.

Now...the only problem is I do not know how to put them together on my wall. How should I arrange them? who goes in the middle?....my parents? and from that center point I have branches extending out?

has anyone created a family tree collage for their wall before? If so please help...I need suggestions. thanks

Worried

Do you want to put them as a tree ? with family branches? or do you just want to put them up in a nice fashion.

I would put your grandparents in bigger frames like 8 x 10 and then smaller ones for each family

I have a family collage but I have 9 frames in total all with black frame and white matte.

6 are 8x10. The three in middle are 4x10 with older black and white pictures from our childhood.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

That sounds soo cool!!

I would put the great grand parents at the top (starting from the top, not center] and then branch down from there

Cute idea, I love family trees!
I'm planning to start something similar, but I'm not as creative as you---I'm going to buy a kit and use that. I like this one that I found:

Family Tree - Novelty - Exposures
