Not sure what city in Pak you are visiting, but in Islamabad/Pindi Rahat Bakers has really good meat topping pizza as well, esp barbecue chicken or tandoori chicken.

pizza hut, mcd, kfc et all know that if you are even thinking of eating at there establishments you must be in the top 90% of the population by wealth (or a on holiday from abroad), therefore charge you the same as western prices. eg macdonalds big mac is about 200rp, (in uk its £2)
Nirala in lahore Y-Block you could get a vegetable samosa for 7rp each. (last time i was there) . Thats 30 samosas for the price of a big mac.
My advice , avoid being ripped off, use local restuarants you get more value for money.
Of course go once to experience it, but there are many other places.
EDIT: saying that ive just checked the link given for pizzahut pk, this special offer is very good value:
http://www.pizzahut.net.pk/ 127rp for a small pizza and coke, but then again you can get a 7" pizza and coke in wembley uk for £1.25

KFC family meal was 1300 rupees when I went to Pakistan like 2 weeks ago. Also Pizza Hut, we had 6 people at our table and total bill was around 4000. McDonalds, it was just me and my mom and the bill was around 950.
