Buttery lamb ? You may have to make some changes to ingredients to make it taste better, but i don't see why not...

Sara has a great butter chicken recipe... it's a GS legend...

ADDENDUM: Here are some useful threads... some recipes are from scratch, some use packet masala, some mix both... it's a matter of trying and testing to see which one is suited to your palate.
