So recently I picked up some assorted masala pouches by Rasoi Magic and Khana Khazana. They are very different recipes and styles from Shan and National, but if you are looking for some real good palak paneer, achari chicken, matter paneer or butter chicken...these are AWESOME!!!

The recipes are very easy and prep time is practically nothing!

Use the butter, yes butter paneer packet to make butter chicken...I swear it comes out as professional as Sara516's. It's authentic restaurant style flavor. I also made mutter paneer for a dawat, it was a hit.

These are essentially "Indian" style so don't look at the authentic qormas or biryanis.

^ I've tried Sanjeev Kapoor chutneys and they're nice. Are you talking about masala mixes such as Shan masala (but in the Sanjeev Kapoor brand) or do you mean pre-cooked forzen meals that you heat up?

I'm talking about the masala mixes that come in pouches, and usually they are single use like the Shan ones are supposed to be.
