every time i make karhai i dont know whats wrong always botiian is left and maslah is finished and then its so dry and hard to eat the dish ...


i dont know may be my family eat more masla or i make kam masalah


how much maslaa do u make for karhai?

isn't karhai supposed to have less masala anyway? I mean it shouldn't be like a regular chicken salan with shorba. I always use 1 large onion and 3 or 4 medium tomatoes for about half kilo of chicken and it turns out good.
